1. Go to:

http://listserv.valenciacc.edu/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=SW-L&A=1

2. Type in your email address and then scroll down.


3. TO STAY ON LIST BUT RECEIVE NO EMAIL IN YOUR BOX

If you want to be subscribed without receiving messages in your email box, click on:

....Mail delivery disabled temporarily.... (this is under Miscellaneous)


4. TO LEAVE THE LIST

Click on the Leave SW-L button.
