I know we're supposed to label items above a certain cost if Title III funds are used to purchase (or help purchase) them, and we've been doing so for acquisitions above $5,000. Here are some questions:
1 - Is the $5,000 figure the correct one, or is it lower than that?
2 - If funds are used to equip a faculty/staff training room, or to outfit a student computer lab, and the indivdiual items in it are below the $5,000 level but the aggregate purchase exceeds the $5,000 level, does the room get labelled? Do the individual computers?
3 - What sort labelling language are you using for things like this?
