On that page, the only country with links to 1.6 is UY (I checked the
HTML source). I don't know how to change that and it looked
"suspicious" (from a programmer's point of view).
If you tell me it's OK, then I won't worry, but since I expect some
people to jump on board I wanted to make sure it was not a backend
problem. I remember that adding Uruguay needed a couple of
adjustments and maybe they hadn't made it to 2.0.
