I tried to download the file as well but did not succeed. In the beginning
everything was fine and the download seemed to work but after a while the
procedure stopped - I was waiting for more than 15 minutes and closed the
connection ...

The 2 files are around 25 MB each. This takes some time to download with
dropbox. It may appear that nothing is happening, but the files do come
in eventually. You can check your network traffic to determine if the
file is being downloaded or if you are waiting for the server connection.
