For those who don't do Facebook, here is an update about the SignWriting Symposium.

The SignWriting Symposium is running late this year and will be much more informal. Rather than a live Google hangout, the symposium will be a series of presentations and videos.

Stephen E Slevinski Jr is planning 3 presentations.
1) A sign by any other name
2) SignWriting in Unicode dot SWU
3) SignWriting through the Looking Glass

Adam Frost is recently back in the US from teaching SignWriting in Brazil.  More than 20 schools and universities in Brazil use SignWriting.  More information to follow

If you know of any great stories about SignWriting or want to contribute to the SignWriting Symposium this year, please let us know and then start working on your presentation or video.
