You are so right, Ingvild - I have noticed the very advanced way that you created your old SignWriter DOS documents to include spoken language text directly beside a sign or a short phrase written in Norwegian Sign Language, and then continue to write signs and spoken language intertwining throughout the same document...This kind of intertwining of spoken languages and signed languages cannot be done in SignPuddle right now - SignPuddle separates the two languages completely...it is really a matter of book layout design - I know Steve is planning someday to incorporate into SignPuddle a way to create book layout designs...different styles of pages and then be able to print to PDF once the user has chosen the style of layout they want...but that has not happened yet and may take some time before it does - so SignWriter DOS does give us that feature right now - thank goodness there are so many programs to choose from for SignWriting!
And perhaps the DELEGS.DE
program can also intertwine spoken language with signed language? - I believe the software can do that ...smile....
I just updated this web page:
SignWriting Downloads is now called
SW Software Online & Downloads
because now we have two online programs: SignPuddle Online and the DELEGS Editor online... Downloading software is becoming out of date - ha!
