Hi Ron -
I am glad you are pleased with the files prepared for web reading, and perhaps eBook reading as PDFs…

Sure, we can offer the Gospel According to Mark in our SignWriting Shop, and it can be print-on-demand. When we get an order, we will print it and ship it. We do not have the money to print copies of the book in advance. So the purchase of the book will make it possible to print each copy...

Perhaps other Deaf churches will want to buy some copies…

The month of April is booked full, with so much work that no one person can do it all, and then there are taxes - smile - So maybe in May I can update our SignWritng Shop, and the Gospel According to Mark can be one of our new books -

I worked around 16 hours on the documents and preparing the web page for downloading them -

Congratulations once again for all you are doing Ron - Please tell James Orlow how impressed I am with his writing of over 500 pages of SignWriting transcription - what a huge job!

Val ;-)

Dear Valerie and team,

It is great we can all share in the wonderful work of the Lord. Thanks for compiling everything and organizing it correctly.  Do you think you will be able to publish Mark and that people can purchase it?

Dear SignWriting List -

Good News!

I was able to optimize the Gospel Mark PDF files to make them smaller and easier for download.

Many thanks to Ron Dettloff, James Orlow and the St. Clair Shores Deaf Church in Michigan, for this accomplishment.

Thank you to Deaf Missions for permission to transcribe their ASL video of the Gospel According to Mark.

Thank you to Jerry Spillman for offering to post these files on his Sign Bible web site:

I predict that the entire Bible will be written in ASL in SignWriting in the next decade.

There will be a new web site called posted soon. But it is under construction ;-)

Meanwhile, I am improving the SignWriting site to list more Bible documents to come -

The complete Gospel According to Mark is now posted, with a directory, on the SignWriting web site library. I hope, Ron, your congregation will enjoy downloading these files!

Go to:

Gospel According to Mark in ASL

Here are the specific links to downloading the PDF files:

Gospel Mark in ASL, All 16 Chapters (Complete Book)
