Tilting Movement From the Shoulder and Waist is written with the Shoulder Line. It is small movement, from the upper half of the upper body. It is not rocking from the Hip Joints, but instead the movement is from the waist and shoulders. The shoulders pull or push the upper body to tilt:
Tilting Movement From the Hips is written with the Head Circle.
In both cases, you can be sitting in a chair and signing, and the tilting movement comes from the upper body, one from the waist and one from the hips.
This is only the upper body, not full-body tilting like Michael Jackson (smile).
