Possible dates for
SignWriting Workshops 2013
Four 3-day Workshops that must be learned one after the other, taught by three skilled teachers, over a period of two weeks, in San Diego, California
Three Teachers:
1. Valerie Sutton
I hope you know me ;-)
2. Adam Frost
Linguist from Gallaudet University, ASL Editor of the ASL Wikipedia, ASL Professor, and so many other credits!
3. Nancy Romero
ASL Interpreter who is skilled in both SignWriting and DanceWriting since 1975
Nancy is close to completing the translation and writing of the ENTIRE New Testament in ASL (see
www.aslgospel.org)
Nancy is very skilled at "simple SignSpellings" for writing large books in SignWriting and her expertise based on experience is invaluable
Because we will have costs to setup the facilities and living quarters, there will be a fee for the workshops …I do not know yet …that info is to come…
We have 2 possible dates to choose from…
June 20th - July 4th
(with a July 4th celebration party at a the end of July 4th, in the evening)
AND/OR…
July 15-27th

Meanwhile, in the month of August, Valerie Sutton is available for private guests (one at a time) learning with private lessons … so if you want that, just write to ask for that..
