Great to see the ASL Wikipedia expanding.

I'm curious, though, whether activity on the site on wmflabs will qualify
for the "develop an active test project" criterion necessary for final
approval by the WMF and creation of ase.wikipedia.org ? Test projects are
typically set up as Wikimedia Incubator projects (for ASL, that would be
https://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wp/ase/M529x544S2ff00482x483S20500519x504S18517503x517
).
Has the LangCom said anything about the acceptability of a
non-Incubator-based test project?

According to Wikimedia Language Committee's unofficial status page for the
ASL Wikipedia (
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Language_committee/Status/wp/ase), a test
project is "generally considered active" if there have been over the
"previous few months" at least three users making at least 10 edits each in
each month.

Whether or not moving over to the Incubator is strictly necessary for final
approval of the project, it might make sense to do so anyway at this point.
Thanks to Steve Slevinski's gadget, page titles can be written in ASL on
the Incubator (if I understand correctly, this can't be done on the labs
site), ASL links are colored like normal text links, and no special
signtext tags are necessary.
