I'd like to signal to the SW Site staff that the following link to ISWA

currently broken, the
link is present at least on this page<http://movementwriting.org/symbolbank/>

Second (trickier) question: is there a conversion table or (something
similar) which maps ISWA2008 coding to ISWA2010 coding?
