Second (trickier) question: is there a conversion table or (something similar) which maps ISWA2008 coding to ISWA2010 coding?

The conversion between the ISWA 2008 to the ISWA 2010 is available.  You can find an explicit conversion between symbol IDs in the data directory of the font reference.
