I want to clarify that, for this time, it is impossible for us to get
refunded for the Symposium fees. The only way to do that is that BEFORE the
symposium you open a way to pay (and not to donate) a pre-established
amount of money, identical for every kind of person (students, researchers,
school teachers... can pay different amounts but every member of a category
have, officially, to pay the same... the you can crate a sort of
"economical help" for those who can't pay, but it is not a problem for
university)  and you write on the website that is for "conference fee". So
our donations (I speak for Fabrizio and I) are from our personal wallet,
not from university.
Next year, maybe, we can get a re-found if we have a fee request fully
compliant with the administrative rules.
