SignWriting List
January 11, 2015

Hello André!
Thanks for your vote to keep the List as it is - I agree and I am glad you all agree too -

I will try to occasionally delete the spam from our Archives, but hopefully your spam catchers will catch the spam that comes into your email boxes…

Many thanks everyone -

Val ;-)

Hello,
I agree, the list should stay open.
We are used to spam in our personnal accounts already, like on TV.
A moderator is too much work for such a small problem.

I like it the way it is.

If they do become top many we would have to come up with a codeword in the topic to know it is something we want to read and share. If in the future another natural moderator should arise we might return to the qustion.

All messages are supposed to relate to SignWriting or to writing sign languages, or other related topics, such as sign language linguistics, Deaf Education and research…and to date, I have been really happy to see how we have had very few people break that unspoken rule…
