I've got a technical problem concerning SignPuddle.
When you obtain XML dump of the data from SignPuddle, the sbml.xml file
starts with
<!DOCTYPE sbml SYSTEM "http://www.signbank.org/SignPuddle1.5/sbml.dtd">

However, this DTD seems to contain only a comment, and my XML parser stops
with an error.
So I report a bug to the list.
