I was able to download the install file, but I had to change the link:
"download" rather than "downloads".

I did read the about page first. Thanks for the acknowledgements.

It appears that I was unable to "Load Signs". I clicked the button and
nothing happened. I waited several minutes. After, I played around
with the buttons on the Load Data page, but nothing seemed to do
anything. I have Android 2.2.2.
