Greeting Dr Stephen
thanks so much for your helping :)
i want to know some things:-
1- the dictionary file contain 281 symbols , i want to know what are the arabic text that  represent these symbols
The arabic text is in the XML file, encoded as UTF-8.  If you open the file and can't see the arabic text, you'll need to manually set the encoding.  In Firefox, this is available under the menu option View >> Encoding >> Unicode (UTF-8).

2-if i want to represent output as 3d avatar , i have to download 3d model plugin to represent output

3d avatars are not available that work with SignWriting.  There have been a few projects, but nothing exists in a usable form.
