Despite the name, Wikibooks doesn't actually include that kind of thing. Wikibooks deals with open-content textbooks, exclusively nonfiction. Wikisource is the project for out-of-copyright texts and translations of such texts. Unfortunately, new languages for Wikisource aren't held on the Incubator like most of the other projects. They are held on the Old Wikisource ( https://wikisource.org/ ). As it is, the SignWriting gadget is not yet available on the Old Wikisource, so displaying any SignWriting on that wiki is not yet possible.
