Version 1.4.0 is available for the @sutton-signwriting/core
JavaScript package. This release features new functions useful for
the column images currently in development.

The fsw.info and swu.info functions provide sizing
information for a sign or a symbol.

The fsw.columns and swu.columns functions break up a
sections of sign text into an array of columns.

I'm currently finalizing the @sutton-signwriting/font-ttf JavaScript
package. This will be available before the end of this month.
